Chiado Restaurant

Chiado is the creation of Albino Silva, one of North America’s leading chefs and restaurateurs. Silva’s “Progressive Portuguese” cuisine has been praised for its bold flavours and creative presentations. The menus feature such delights as ocean fresh filet of wild Atlantic salmon crusted with peppercorns, fresh herbs and marine salt served with tender organic, hand picked seasonal vegetables. The bounty of fish is flown in from the Azores island daily.
