Apricot Tree Café opened on December 3, 1993 and to this day it is still operated by Husband and Wife Team Franz and Esther Hochholdinger.
Originally opened as a Dessert and Cake Shop, a light Lunch menu with Soups, Salads and Sandwiches were added. In 1997 we moved to a larger Unit within the same Plaza. With a larger kitchen it also allowed us to start offering a Breakfast and Dinner menu as well.
