As a new customer, you can receive free delivery with your first order of eligible items with no minimum purchase required. Any item with ‘FREE Delivery on your first order’ messaging on the product detail page, that is fulfilled and shipped by amazon.ca, is eligible.

As an existing customer, you can receive free shipping on any order that includes at least $35 of eligible items.

Any item with ‘FREE Shipping’ messaging on the product detail page, that is fulfilled and shipped by amazon.ca, is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum excluding taxes, gift wrap, gift cards, and oversized and heavy items. The order must ship to a Canadian address (excluding remote locations).

To place order with FREE Shipping:

1. Add at least $35 of eligible items to your shopping cart.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To place the order using the shopping cart:
     1. Proceed to checkout.
     2. Ship your items to a single Canadian address (excluding remote locations).
     3. Select FREE Shipping as your shipping speed.
   • To place the order using 1-Click:
     1. Select Review or edit your 1-Click orders on the 1-Click confirmation page.
     2. Select Change next to shipping speed.
     3. Select FREE Shipping as your shipping speed.

With free shipping, your order is delivered four to eight days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping:

• Check eligibility. Some sellers that fulfill and ship their own inventory charge shipping fees.
• A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply even if your order is $35 or more.
• The order may be shipping to a remote location. Remote locations aren't eligible for FREE Shipping.
