One offer per member, per visit. No cash value. Offer calculated on pre-tax amount and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, family and group meals, or loyalty programs unless otherwise specified. Servers must be notified before ordering when multiple CAA membership cards are to be used per table. Only one (1) CAA membership card per cheque. For delivery orders: Members must enter their CAA membership number at the time of payment.
