In cases of insufficient spend amount causing customers not being able to optimize the offer, the system will automatically suggest/default to a lower redemption threshold, so that customer can always redeem the least amount of available points and achieve the maximum value of offer available. Customer can however choose to redeem a higher amount of points and forfeit portion of the value available if desired as per the PC Optimum Program Terms and Conditions. In no event will customers receive extra points in lieu of the forfeited value as part of this offer.
